By accessing or using QovLabs (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, you may not access or use the Platform.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Your continued use of the Platform after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

QovLabs provides an AI-powered platform for solo founders that offers coaching, progress tracking, email generation, plan creation, and report exporting capabilities.

The Platform uses artificial intelligence to provide business guidance based on the context and data you provide. While we strive for accuracy, AI-generated advice should not be considered professional business, legal, or financial advice.

To use QovLabs, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

You must be at least 18 years old to create an account and use the Platform.

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Please notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

QovLabs offers subscription-based access to the Platform. Pricing, features, and billing cycles are described on our Pricing page.

Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

We offer a 7-day free trial for new users. No credit card is required to start the trial.

You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer prorated refunds for partial billing periods.

You retain ownership of all content and data you provide to QovLabs, including business information, decisions, goals, and any generated outputs.

By using the Platform, you grant QovLabs a limited license to use your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the services to you.

You can export your data at any time in PDF or Markdown format. Upon account deletion, we will permanently remove your data within 30 days.

You agree not to use QovLabs for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

You agree not to attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract the source code of the Platform.

You agree not to use the Platform to generate content that is harmful, misleading, defamatory, or infringes on the rights of others.

You agree not to share your account credentials or allow others to access the Platform through your account.

QovLabs and its associated logos, designs, text, and software are the intellectual property of QovLabs and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works based on the Platform without our prior written consent.

The Platform is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

QovLabs does not guarantee that AI-generated advice, emails, plans, or reports will be accurate, complete, or suitable for your specific situation. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all outputs before acting on them.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, QovLabs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to QovLabs in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in behavior that is harmful to other users or the Platform.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us or using the account settings in the Platform.

Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination shall remain in effect.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall be resolved in the courts of England and Wales.
